1. Services

Glimmerwood Interiors provides residential and commercial interior design and execution services as per the mutually agreed scope of work.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices and quotations are provided in writing.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Delays in payment may impact project timelines and delivery.

3. Orders & Changes

  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
  • Any changes in scope, design, or materials after order confirmation may result in additional costs and revised timelines.

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are provided as estimates. Actual delivery schedules may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed and work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Warranty

Any warranties applicable to materials, fittings, or products will be provided directly by the respective manufacturers. Glimmerwood Interiors does not provide independent warranties.

7. Liability

While we take every measure to deliver quality work, Glimmerwood Interiors shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or contractors.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • Delays caused due to client approvals or incomplete information.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
